Since Tie Bar was founded in 2004, our goal has been to help you feel confident through honest, smart choices in clothing, whether it is for work, your wedding, or the weekend. Now in this unique time, we want to do that with our most important project to date: providing face masks to help keep you and the people around you safe and healthy.
We have taken some of our favorite shirting fabric and designed comfortable, cotton face masks. We built masks for long-wearing comfort. The top hem has a flexible wire for a customized fit around the nose. If you wear glasses, you especially know that having a form-fitting mask prevents your glasses from fogging up. The ear loops are elastic with a plastic length adjuster so that you get the right fit side to side. Please note, these are non-medical grade masks.
The fabric is 100% cotton and has been certified to meet the STANDARD 100 OEKO-TEX global safety criteria - a stringent textile industry test for harmful substances in products from bed sheets, baby textiles, and clothing. It is an extra point of confidence for wearing a mask on your face.
The care instructions for our masks could not be more simple: just wash and lay flat to air dry. And with 5 masks in a pack, it won’t be an everyday chore.
