Return Policy

Items must be:
  • Unworn and in new condition
  • Shipped with the original packing slip
  • Postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date.

When purchasing with a discount code the refund or store credit will be given in the amount of the discount value paid on the original order.

Note: Face Mask are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or store credit. Sale items and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returning is easy! Simply start your return below to get started. We offer returns for a refund or store credit. If you have any additional questions, feel free to reach out to  info@thetiebar.com.

Your printable return label will be emailed to you. Simply attach it to your return package and drop it in the mail. A $6.99 fee will be charged when using the label to return items for a refund.

International Returns

For details or to request an international return, email  info@thetiebar.com  with the following details:

  • Order ID
  • Item description and quantity

Store Returns

Items purchased in-store can be returned for a refund or store credit within 30 days of purchase.
Items purchased online can be returned to our  flagship store in Chicago.

Gift Returns

Received a gift that’s not your style? No problem. Items purchased between 11/13/23 and 12/25/23 must be postmarked by 01/31/24 to be eligible for a return. All items must be unworn and in new condition. When returning an order where a promo item was received, please include the promo item within the return.
